This is a holistic training program that opens the vistas for all to live a multidimensional life- a 4D life. There are some people who are already living it, we call them ‘Holistic Heroes and Heroines’. They are the people who are not happy defining themselves as ‘what do you do’. They, with courage, conviction and confidence, define themselves multidimensionally by highlighting all the roles that they play. This program enables everyone to acknowledge all the Ps- Person, professional, Partner, Parent and Perennial- and excel 360° in life. The program is based on Dr. Swati Lodha’s explorations and findings of last two decades which has led to the SPICE framework wherein SPICE stands for Sum of Person, Professional, Partner, Parent and Perennial in you to Create Excellence. Modules: The five big questions- Why, What and How Self - Teaming And Gaming P Pedestalling Cross Learning Perennialing Learning Outcomes: This course will empower the participants to be authentic with creativity and humility. They would learn to say ‘good bye’ to perfection in one domain to be ‘good enough’ in all.It will help them remodel marriage on an economic, emotional and erotic level. They would embrace work- life integration in lieu of Work- life balance. They would welcome new professions with a fluid mindset while cross pollinating their experiences in different roles. Finally, they will advocate age agnosticism with gusto to grow and glow old.
