Service Description

This program will enable the participants to navigate through transitions posed by advancing age. It would develop their competencies and willingness to become a perennial. It would be an interactive program in English/Hindi comprising of two hour long webinars, games, discussion, story sharing and audio-visual content. Modules: • How to navigate transitions. • How to create a ‘fluid’ mindset. • How to approach cognitive, physical, emotional and spiritual health. • How to emerge as a Perennial in action. Learning Outcomes: The perennials will be able to develop self awareness about forgotten dreams and postponed ventures. They would succeed in making a paradigm shift from fixed/growth mindset to a fluid mindset. They would find power, purpose and pleasure till the wee hours of life.
